Snow Day
We had about 5 inches when I woke up this morning. It is doing the icy/freezing rain thing now, so I don't know how much playing we will be able to do.
My first thought when I woke up at 4:00 - We don't have a sled!
I had a snow day too today although we had very little snow, mostly ice. I had my usual snow day foods: bacon and egg breakfast and spaghetti for supper. I got caught up on some grading of papers etc. Daddy just stuck to his usual schedule of putting the church agenda on the computer at church and eating at Spring Valley. He did have to go check on Ruth who had 103.9 fever this morning. He got there in time to give her her medicine and then went back in the afternoon to check on her again. The fever was down slightly. I remember the snow day foods.
Lily and I made snow angels, a snow man, and Lily sat on my lap as I went down the hill.
It is all melting now.
